Dmitry Writes

Dmitry Writes is a personal channel about finding your voice when your mind, speech, and life don’t move the way people expect.

I share honest reflections, personal stories, and practical insights about ADHD, stuttering, fear, identity, work, creativity, motivation, meditation, and the search for meaning.

This isn’t a place for perfect answers or rigid self-help formulas. It’s a space for real thoughts, uncomfortable questions, lived experience, and open conversations about trying to understand yourself and build a life that feels true.

If you’re trying to find your direction, rebuild your confidence, or hear a more honest perspective on life’s challenges, you’re welcome here.
