Boris WHY - baka bo - Welcome to the Jungle

Boris WHY belongs to that rare generation of DJs for whom club culture is not a pose, but lived
history. Active for more than 30 years and a defining Audiotheque resident for the past 15, he
moves effortlessly between Disco, House and Techno, always grounded in a deep and
unmistakable love for 90s House.

His sets balance elegance and impact: warm, sophisticated, rhythmically sharp and guided by a
refined sense for atmosphere, timing and soul. Boris WHY has played renowned venues across
Switzerland and internationally in Germany, Egypt and Ibiza, while sharing line-ups with
artists who helped shape electronic music history — including Chez Damier, Delano Smith, DJAlfredo, Minilogue, Wolf + Lamb, Soul Clap, Soichi Terada, Sven Väth, Jamie Jones, Sadar Bahar, Amirali, Adriatique and many more.

Vinyl remains at the heart of his artistic identity. He has been collecting records since day
one, an archive of around 4000 pieces. Selected records still travel with him from
shelf to booth.
