DIME Team

Welcome to DIME TEAM — a Wales-based metal detecting channel exploring history one signal at a time.

We search fields for coins, artefacts, and the occasional mystery object, uncovering stories from the past while having a lot of laughs along the way. Expect a mix of real history, archaeology curiosity, unexpected finds, and plenty of rubbish (because that’s metal detecting).

Darren brings the calm knowledge and historical facts.
Melissa brings the chaos, reactions, and occasional mispronunciation.

From Roman… or ramens, to hammered coins, Victorian finds, and everything in between — this is metal detecting as it really is: hopeful, humbling, and always entertaining.
