Digest of Depression

Welcome to my journey as many of you suffer the same illnesses I do as well.
Depression, GAD, PTSD and my hardest to fight at times...Agoraphobia.
So many suffer in silence, or self medicate. I have hope and fight daily to feel normal..better, or just get through the day.
I was diagnosed with Depression and Agoraphobia in the late 90's. I have been through so many doctors. My journey has been being told "to get over it"'.

Welcome to my life, I hope we learn and live through my web spot here
~ Peace
