Dezi Abeyta | Creatives Are The New Athletes

What's good?! I'm Dezi Abeyta — a registered dietitian and filmmaker, but I only work with artists and creatives.

Creatives are the new athletes. You train, tour, and create at a pro level with none of the support athletes get. This channel is that support — told like a film.

What you'll find here:
🎬 THE FILMS — Bourdain-style docuseries on food, culture & performance
🧪 30-DAY EXPERIMENTS — I run the protocols so you don't have to (my Men's Health GLP-1 story started here)
🎙️ CREATIVES ARE THE NEW ATHLETES — fuel, recovery & longevity for people who make things
✍️ THE ESSAYS — hip-hop, the hero's journey, and being a Latino dad breaking cycles

Men's Health contributor. TEDx speaker. Performance dietitian. Creative director.
