Diana John | Certified Grief Coach

Welcome. I’m Diana John, a Certified Grief Coach.

I support people navigating grief and life after loss by creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to hide, rush, or protect others from your grief.

Here, we’ll talk honestly about the emotions and challenges that can come with loss—from shock, anger, guilt and loneliness and more to rebuilding confidence, finding direction, and learning how to carry your love forward while continuing to live.

You don’t have to have grief figured out. You’re allowed to grieve in your own way, at your own pace.

❤️ You don’t have to protect me from your grief.
