Rooted in the ancient Pali canon, “Gawesi” means “The Seeker”—one who does not merely look, but truly sees. Gawesi offers a sanctuary of clarity in a world of noise and distraction, guiding you to live fully awakened in this very moment.

With over 40 years of dedicated meditative practice globally, Most Venerable Hantane Dhammagawesi Thero stands as a gentle bridge between ancient Buddhist philosophy and the modern seeking mind. Whether you are navigating the stress of modern life or seeking true spiritual awakening, you have arrived at the right place.

Leave the weight of the past and the anxiety of the future behind.
The search ends where the present begins.
