PeriMoves | Denby Sheather

I spent 17 years as a makeup artist, close to faces and bodies in an industry built on appearance. After an accident, everything cracked open and I made the leap — from makeup artist to medicine woman.

If you’ve ever felt the pull to leave something you built your identity around, this channel is for you. I know how hard that leap is — I lived it myself, mid hormonal unraveling, while caring for a dying father and a mother with dementia.

PeriMoves: perimenopause and menopause support — midlife as self-mastery, not decline. My work rests on four principles: aligning with the Chinese clock, trusting nature holds a remedy for everything, balancing metabolism to find the weight your body was built to hold, and reigniting feminine wisdom through shamanic rites.

I draw on yoga, fascial work, food as medicine, hypnotic practices and shamanic rites to address every layer of you, built on 27 years working with the body, heart and soul.
