Anna Harris is a trauma and resiliency life coach and heart healing minister. At Defined by God Ministries, we help Christians who are looking for hope and healing from trauma, adversity and abuse find clarity, identity, healing, and the opportunity to thrive. We help people develop resiliency and recover from PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and CPTSD (Complex post traumatic stress disorder). We love to spread the revelation of the love of God, the Father heart of God. We help people discover their true identity and live from their authentic self. As an adoptee herself, Anna also focuses on helping people heal from abandonment wounds, feelings of rejection, and loss of identity.
