I'm Nisha, though most people know me as nish. Creative, mother, forever curious about everything, and an island raised Angeleno. Life has a way of asking us to rebuild, and in doing that work, I found my way back to the thing that's been with me since I was a little girl: music.

What you're watching is the start of something raw. I'm teaching myself to DJ, in public, on a platform with thousands of people watching. The missteps stay in. The clumsy transitions stay in. Every small breakthrough happens right here, in real time, alongside you. 

Coming back to music saved me in a way I didn't expect, so now I share what moves me. This channel with feature deep house, jazz, sounds from around the world, R&B, anything with soul and rhythm running through it. It carried me through a hard season and became something like medicine. That's the whole idea behind Groove Therapy: I'm hoping it can do for you what it did for me.
