Dawn Condon Connected Living Yoga and Wellness

This is a soft place to land for those explorers of life, yoga and wellness. I teach accessible yoga for EVERYbody. Seniors, those with generous proportions, those with injuries and those who are new to yoga and movement.  From those who are shy and nervous and those who are strong and confident, you will find a yoga practice, dharma talk,, meditation  or wellness ritual to create a healthier, stronger you. My goal is to make this profoundly personal and deeply powerful practice accessible, fun and transformative for everyone.
