Catharsis Project is a project that seeks to promote emotional expression through art, with the aim of helping people release and heal their negative emotions. The project will be carried out through art and therapy workshops, art exhibitions and cultural events that allow participants to explore their feelings through various art forms, such as painting, sculpture, poetry, music and dance.
The project has no ties, no religious, political, cultural or racial structure, because the true focus is to EDUCATE with real bases, it is sustainable from the conscious and unconscious of the individual situations of each human being, today I am part of the solution of the problems of the community, of parents, of the individual, carrying out comprehensive work that involves the family as a pillar of our society.
