Building businesses with AI in public. 30+ years in construction.

Right now: software for contractors.
I'm 51 with 30+ years in construction, contracting, real estate and business. Now I'm using AI, marketing and automation to build differently — and testing what actually makes money.

Right now I'm building Field Command, software for contractors and home-service owners.

Currently documenting my journey from $0 to $10K in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

This isn't a highlight reel. I'm documenting the wins, failures and real numbers as they happen.
What you'll find here:

→ Contractors: leads, sales, follow-up, reviews, websites, ads, AI & automation
→ The build: Field Command, HighLevel and AI automation
→ Business experiments: online business, recurring revenue and other ways to make money

Real experiments. Real numbers. No B.S.

I don't know yet. We're going to find out.
