Illness does not only affect the body. It can change how we feel, cope and see ourselves.

Daring to Dream is the Welsh emotional health charity supporting the 1.2 million adults living with physical illness, as well as their families and carers. We raise awareness of the emotional impact of illness and create safe, non-clinical spaces for people to talk, connect and share how they feel.

Through Spaces to Talk in hospitals, Spaces to Sing, and our free annual wellbeing festival, Lleswyl, we help people explore the role of emotional wellbeing in living well with illness.
