DanMaxRepz

My name is Dan, recently waved goodbye to my 30s and now happily living the dream in my 40s. I like to cook and I like to train.

Q: So what's this channel all about Dan?

A: Simple, straight forward no nonsense content, for the every day person. I've been training for the best part of 20 years ( not every single day, " we all have our moments!"

Over the years I've discovered and learnt various training tips, which I believe has given me some fairly decent gains with regards to strength and size and I wanna share these with you.

Cooking from scratch is my thing, affordable, healthy and nutritious meals is my style. Experimenting with various flavours and mixes of foods groups is a must!
