Temple Training with Daniel & Tara

Welcome to Temple Training with Daniel and Tara Ludovici—where faith meets fitness and stewarding your body becomes a way to Honor God.

We help men and women over 40 navigate hormonal changes, rebuild their health and develop lasting strength through practical teaching on training, fasting, nutrition, peptides, marriage and biblical wellness. No matter where you're at on your journey, you don't have to do it alone.

We believe that our physical body is an antenna for the spirit! Our mission is to help you strengthen that connection and walk confidently in what God has called you to do for your family and future generations.

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? So glorify God in your body.”
— 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 ESV
