My longtime friend Patti Teel and I are delighted to share this weekly time with you as we explore many paths to self-care and being the embodiment of the love that we are. Each segment has a lively discussion on a spontaneous topic that has come up around this subject as well as a short movement and meditation session. Patti is a meditation specialist and I am a multi-media artist who specializes in the liberation of unique personal self expression. 
 
Dancing with Time is a playful approach to life. It is re-interpreting your aging story positively, not seeking to be young but rather to live in a timeless dimension. 

Dancing is a metaphor for this flow, unimpeded by the mind’s fear creations. This is the Joy of being.
It is to be fully engaged in the present moment with a roadmap of desire but unattached and non-resistant. In other words, just having fun!
