Unfolding is a video series on the Fosterer and Wanderer method (in German: Förderer and Wandler): how people, teams and organisations change, and what it takes to foster that change instead of demanding it.

Each episode starts with a story, then shows what you can now see, why it works and what to practise, and ends with the Fosterer and the Wanderer in a short exchange. A prologue first, then four parts: the person, the team, the organisation, and how they renew themselves.

From should to want.

The stories are drawn from three decades as an employee, leader, coach and facilitator. Places, times and people are changed, and some scenes are composed from several experiences; they allow no reliable conclusions about any company or person.
