We also offer gentle, guided meditations, videos on relationships, mindfulness and mental health support and generally encouraging content to ease stress, help with burnout and help your day feel a little bit more hopeful.

We started Daily Motivation because we wanted to put some positivity out there. We wanted to create a community where people can come to get a little boost when they need it most.

Our goal is to provide a little spark of hope to ourselves - and hopefully our readers - and give all of us the daily motivation we need to keep going.
