Daily Inspiration to Live a Better Life

Dr. Carolyn Rose-Smith was inspired and motivated to create “Daily Inspiration to Live a Better Life” due to her own exhaustion and burnout. Her goal is to create daily inspirational videos that will inspire and motivate us all to take moments each day to invest in ourselves, physically, mentally, and spiritually. By investing in ourselves, we can then be happier, healthier, and more present for our love ones and the days ahead. Dr. Rose-Smith also includes comedy in the second episode of each day’s video as laughter is very important to our wellbeing and improves our mood. Thank you and I hope the videos inspire and motivate you.
