Curtis Halladay

Short documentaries about the ocean, the wild coast, and the people working to protect them.

I'm Curtis Halladay, a documentary director and cinematographer based in British Columbia. For nearly a decade I've been filming remote, adventurous stories: divers pulling ghost nets off the sea floor in Alert Bay, crews hauling plastic off Vancouver Island beaches no road can reach, and the athletes, artists and musicians I meet along the way.

Films made with: Emerald Sea Protection Society, Global Ghost Gear Initiative, Ocean Legacy Foundation, Spotify Canada, Le Club.

New short docs plus behind-the-scenes on how they're made. Subscribe if you like stories with real stakes in wild places.
