Curious Mandarin 好奇中文

Hello! 你好! I’m Zoe.

I grew up in Suzhou (Soochow), China, speaking Mandarin, the Suzhou dialect, and several other dialects from Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces. Over the time, I also explored French, Japanese, and Bengali. These experiences gave me a unique perspective on how languages and dialects are connected, while helping me better understand the challenges and joys of learning a new language.

On this channel, I share practical tips and insights to help you learn Mandarin Chinese more naturally—from everyday vocabulary and pronunciation to culture and the little details that make Chinese fun and easier to understand.
I hope my videos make your Chinese learning journey a little easier, more enjoyable, and a lot more fun!
