WHO WE ARE
Unleash Your Potential

Nadidah Coveney is the Founder of CTM Consulting Group and a Principal Executive Coach, Trainer, and Leadership & Growth Consultant. Through CTM, I partner with individuals to strengthen leadership capabilities, expand influence beyond authority, and foster intentional personal and professional growth.

I also consult with organizations on leadership alignment, team building, and building stronger leaders to shape the culture your organization needs to perform, grow, and sustain success.

A key part of my work includes leveraging DISC assessments to help individuals understand their behavioral, communication, and work styles, and to help organizations strengthen communication, collaboration, leadership effectiveness, and overall team performance.

At CTM Consulting Group, we help leaders and organizations unleash their potential with clarity, confidence, and purpose—creating lasting growth and sustainable results.
