CrossFit Gahanna

We are a functional fitness facility that specializes in introducing people of all ages and levels of fitness, into the training of high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements. By using a combination of weightlifting, body weight and gymnastic movements, running, and rowing, you will gain neurological and physical strength and endurance. Over time these skills will result in not only increased work capacity in many areas of fitness, but overall health and confidence in your everyday life. This is the definition of fitness that I am passionate about introducing to our community here in Gahanna, and the best part about this type of training is we can all do it together in a supportive environment. You will not get intimidated here... instead you will get real results, and that can be a whole lot of fun!
