Francis T Crimmins

Frank Crimmins is a former Massachusetts District Court Judge, attorney, municipal leader, and candidate for Governor’s Council in District 2.

Frank served nearly two decades on the bench, including as First Justice of the Stoughton District Court, and also served in the District Court Appellate Division. His public service has also included municipal leadership and service on the Massachusetts State Ballot Law Commission.

This channel focuses on judicial appointments, the proper role of the Governor’s Council, public safety, the Constitution, the rule of law, and campaign updates from across District 2.

Frank believes judges must have the right temperament, respect the Constitution, understand the separation of powers, and recognize that judges interpret the law rather than legislate from the bench.
