Alberto Bernardoni - Self Storage Investor

Welcome, I'm Alberto Bernardoni. This channel is to document my journey as a CRE investor and to to teach investors like you how they can get started with investing in Self Storage in Texas.

I started investing in real estate after being laid off in 2008 from my Oil & Gas Sales Exec. job that has sustained my family for over a decade. This is when I dove head first into self storage investing and grew my portfolio to over 500 units in just 18 months.
