My name is Mihaela Marian, I am a therapist,  creative counsellor, artist, mindfulness practitioner and I am currently studying to become a mindfulness teacher.

I am also a  believer that creativity can help us to boost our mental health. 

I want through this channel to encourage people to engage with their creativity through various mediums.
