Creating Our Life Abroad

We're two everyday parents from the Midwest, and our teenage son, leaving the US at 50 instead of waiting for retirement to start living differently.

We didn't leave because our life was bad — we left because we wanted to see more of the world while we still could, on a real budget, not a trust fund or six-figure remote income. Bruce spent 35 years doing physical, hands-on work before stepping away from it entirely. Noelle is an artist, building the next chapter one country at a time. Our son is along for all of it — homeschooling high school while learning about other cultures, food, language, and history in real time.

New videos every Sunday (the two of us, honest and unscripted) and Tuesday (Bruce, taking on topics solo — the money, the mindset, the parts of this decision that are hardest to say out loud).

If you've ever wondered whether it's too late to do something like this — it isn't. We're doing the math out loud so you don't have to guess alone. Subscribe and come with us.
