Embroidery for Beginners by Craftylife Boutique

New to machine embroidery? You’re in the right place.

I’ve spent 25 years in the embroidery and promotions business, and I run the Embroidery for Beginners community — 50,000 makers and counting. This channel is everything that trips beginners up on a home machine (Brother and beyond): getting designs onto your machine, file formats like DST and PES, why your file opens in the wrong “zombie” colors, fonts and lettering, floating bulky items, and reading a production sheet.

I created an Amazing Embroidery Studio Software Find your designs.Create -your fonts and designs .Stitch on your embroidery machine - Unzip2Stitch — simple software to open, see, letter, resize and prep your designs for Mac & Windows — plus a free font tool to keep every embroidery font in one place. And if you’d rather hand a logo off, I digitize custom designs too.
