My name is Andie, I love independent news media and commentary, often though, state of mind, mental health and social factors are left out of that conversation. 
This channel allows me to share my take on what's happening in the world, the lessons we can learn along the way and promote healthy conversations with you all.

I never want anyone to feel ashamed, alone, or lost in their journey through trauma, dealing with toxic people or trying to understand what's happening around them. I know how that feels, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
