CPP Music Entertainment and Industry Club

The Music Entertainment and Industry Club (M.E.I.C.) is a school organization from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. The purpose of M.E.I.C. is to provide a platform for Cal Poly music, business, marketing, and computer science students to network with peers and gain valuable work experience planning, fundraising, promoting, developing, and executing the operations of small and large music events. Our goal is to educate and equip our members with the valuable information and opportunities needed to work in today’s music entertainment industry.

M.E.I.C. functions as a medium to assist artists, bands, DJs, and other musicians connect with producers, recording engineers, booking agents, and managers in the Los Angeles area to further their careers. M.E.I.C. provides multiple internship opportunities in the music industry as well as the entertainment business and marketing field.
