Cozy Soup Bowl

This channel is dedicated to my family and friends who love good tasting soups. Delicious soups give me comfort and they are my favorite foods to eat when I have a cold or flu. There are so many great recipes from different cultures around the world. I grew up eating a lot of Mexican soups. Now I have tasted the healthy and delicious soups from other countries as well. Since, I'm now on a low carb keto diet, I am adapting recipes to fit my own diet better and I will try my best to suggest ingredients for a keto diet as well.

There are many good vegan recipes, vegetable soup recipes perfect for vegetarians and those on a keto diet. Any chance to get more vegetables in your diet is good for your bodies health.

There are healthy bone broths in many of the recipes where they show you how to cook homemade soup from scratch in your own kitchen. Bone broth is the best homemade soup recipe I can think of. Once you've tried soups with real bone broth, you will crave them like I do.
