Courtenay | Women's Health Exercise Physiologist

This channel is for women who need more than generic exercise advice and want clear, safe guidance on how to exercise with complex health conditions or through changing life stages.

Exercise is often presented as something you should be able to “just do.” But for many women living with endometriosis, pelvic pain, prolapse, hormonal changes, or navigating pregnancy, postnatal recovery, or menopause, that advice doesn’t reflect reality.

Here, you’ll find education from a women’s health exercise physiology perspective, focused on helping you understand how exercise fits into your life when your body doesn’t tolerate one-size-fits-all approaches. We talk about safety, tolerance, progression, capacity-building, and why common fitness advice often falls short for complex or changing bodies.

This is not workout content, and it’s not rehab-only advice. It’s specialist, evidence-informed guidance designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
