Corinne's Kitchen

Hi! I'm Corinne. I'm a young Sicilian American living in the United States and I'm learning to cook, focusing on traditional Sicilian cooking currently. I have a passion for finding rare recipes or ones that are pretty much unknown in the Anglosphere, especially old recipes, and sharing them with an English speaking audience! I have no formal training in culinary arts. Uploads are generally on Fridays & Sundays, sometimes Saturdays.

Join me in my trials & tribulations as I learn by doing!
