Core Rooted Fitness

This is not a "this is the right way and everything else is wrong" channel. At CRF, we do not believe in that.

What you will find here is a visual library of the exercises I use with my clients at Core Rooted Fitness. Think of these videos as a general guide; a reference point so you know what you are looking at before you do it. When we work together, we will tailor every single movement to your specific body, your history, and what actually makes sense for you.

Bodies are different. The way I move is not the way you move. These videos show the idea. We figure out your version together.
