Cooking with Lane - Southeast Asian Recipes

Cooking with Lane shares my love of cooking delicious, authentic Vietnamese, Lao, and Thai food. Personally, I made these videos to share with my American born children how to make my recipes at home for their own families.

I'm not a professional chef at all, but I LOVE sharing my recipes that my friends and coworkers ask for time and time again. Some may be true to each region's dish, while others I may choose my favorite ingredients and methods of making those dishes.

I will be uploading videos weekly every MONDAY and THURSDAY at 7:00 AM CST.

About Lane (pronounced "LAWN"):

By descent, I am Vietnamese, but I was born in Laos, the country next door. In the early 1980s, we fled Laos to seek a better life for our family. During that transition, I met my amazing Laos born husband in Thailand at the same refugee camp. In the midst of falling in love, I learned new Thai recipes that I could pair with the Lao and Vietnamese dishes that I learned from my mom and others.
