Crystal Rierson-Villeneuve

Crystal has been working in real estate full-time since 2008 and has lived in Greensboro since 1996 therefore is very familiar with the area and trends in our city. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a savvy home buyer/investor and worked in the financial services industry for 10 years. Crystal is a broker as well as hold her CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) and SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource Specialist) designations. Crystal lives with her husband, Bruno and young adult daughter Chloe. She is very active in the community, started and continues to help assist a parent support group for Triad Hitch-Up, Hearing Impaired Toddlers & Children Have Unlimited Potential, served on the UNC-G Advisory Board for the AO/BK Grant, and served as the Treasurer for her homeowners association. Crystal has a passion for cooking, helping people, laughing, reading, and spending quality time with her daughter, husband, family and close friends.
