Consult with Kristi

Hi! Welcome to my YouTube Channel!

If this is our first time meeting, I'm Kristi and I'm a HR manager turned Business Consultant.
After 10+ years in many different administrative and managerial roles, I decided to venture off on my own and start my own business.

Now, I've built a 6-figure business as an online business consultant.

Put simply, I help other online service providers and coaches get their shit together using systems and processes in their business, especially when it comes to client experience.

I believe that systems and processes are the foundation of every scalable and sustainable business, and our customers are the core of our business, so why not combine the two?

In this channel, you can expect lots of tutorials and tips on ways to improve your client onboarding process with Dubsado, manage your own & client to-dos using project management tools, writing SOPs, team hiring, recruiting, and delegating, and so much more.

You ready? Let's dive in!
