Community Dharma Exchange

Community Dharma Exchange is about developing community-led, community-based voices that can intentionalize appreciative, participant-focused inquiry toward leading change within responsive communities. At the center of improvement-driven community change is inquiry: changemakers who utilize inquiry-based approaches in their community work are able to recognize problem trends before they grow into issues that have adverse impacts on the community. This kid of change operates within a culture of inquiry, rather than in a reactionary culture. Co-construction, reflexivity and trust are primers for working with community members when considering, exploring, and most importantly practicing what it means to serve community needs. These challenges prompt us to recognize, confront, and negotiate the relational complexities of communities-in-transition.
