Jasmine Habeeb | Nervous System Guide | SEP

Welcome to Collective Consulting (CC) - a fresh, grounded perspective on health, wellness, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Supporting overwhelmed, high-functioning milliennials who want to feel calmer, more present, and more connected to themselves while continuing to grow and pursue their goals. Rather than pushing through or thinking your way out of stress, this work focuses on building capacity in the body so you can withstand life with greater ease. More clarity. More stress. More happiness. More love. We'll talk all things nervous system, relationships and body-based tools that help you understand anxiety, depression, self-sabotage, and emotional overwhelm as intelligent survival responses that can be updated over time. This is a space to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with who you are and who you want to become. Collective Consulting is a Private Membership Association.
