Coach Tracy Hodge

Your kids are grown. Life is quieter. And suddenly you’re wondering, “What do I want now?”

I’m Coach Tracy, and I help moms of adult children reconnect with themselves, change the old patterns that keep pulling them back, and create a next chapter they’re excited to live.

I understand this stage because I’m living it too.

Here we’ll talk about why this transition can feel so unsettling, how to reconnect with what makes you feel alive, and how to start creating what you truly want — even when you don’t have it all figured out.

You’ll also see me creating my own next chapter through creative adventures, travel, time on the water, walks with my dogs, gardening, things I’m learning, and new experiences I’m trying.

You don’t need one enormous dream or a perfect plan.

Sometimes you just need to begin with one question:
What would I love?
