High Protein Low Carb Recipes by Rally Rus

High protein low carb food you look forward to eating. Big on flavor, light on effort, and enough protein to stay strong, full, and energized. Cooked for 1 or 2.

Hi, I'm Rally. I film what I cook, in my own kitchen with normal equipment: cottage cheese bread and bagels, mug cakes, Ninja Creami ice cream, casseroles, and one-pan dinners. Every recipe has a printable version on coachrallyrus.com with protein and net carbs per serving, in US measurements with metric alongside.

I started with keto in 2019, and the older videos here are that chapter. Now that I'm over 40, protein has moved to the front, so most of what I make is high protein low carb, and the recipes that are keto still say so.
