The Six Step Method

Welcome to Your Over 40 Rebirth

This is not a diet.
This is not a challenge.
This is not a quick fix.
This is a lifestyle designed to stabilize your hormones, protect your metabolism, reduce your stress, regulate your insulin, and rebuild your relationship with your body. A life where you can:

Wake up with more energy
Feel confident in your clothes
Move without pain
Sleep deeply
Think clearly
Supported by like minded women
Your best years are not behind you — they’re waiting in front of you.
And I’m honored to walk this journey with you.

Welcome to The Six Step Method.
Welcome to The Chubby Girl Lifestyle.
Welcome to your transformation.
