I'm Linda, a caregiver coach and registered nurse, motivated by my personal journey through burnout. I realized that caregivers, like myself, need vital support and community to truly thrive.

When I reached my lowest point—juggling work, kids, and aging parents—burnout hit hard. I remember feeling completely lost and alone. But I made a vow: if I could survive this, I would dedicate myself to supporting other caregivers. That's why I created this channel—to offer a safe space for connection, encouragement, and practical guidance.

My Serenity Framework, developed from my personal experiences, forms the basis of this channel. It offers community support and educational content to help you thrive.
