Coaching Board Shaun Spencer

This channel is about football/soccer coaching for all levels. I will try to explain soccer concepts, drills, techniques, terminology along with topical subjects. 

A little about myself  - 

After playing soccer from an early age, at 21 I decided to move into soccer coaching. It felt a smooth and natural transition. Although I still played from time to time, my focus and attention went into coaching soccer. 

Whilst studying at The University of Central Lancashire I began to work through the F.A. soccer coaching badges and started shadowing coaches for Manchester United. Over the next five years I continued to study, earning UEFA A Licence, BA (Hons. ) Sports Coaching, plus other additional qualifications such as Strength and Conditioning.

Although it was great having the qualifications, my real education came from experience gained at a whole host of professiona clubs across the world. Some countries include USA, South Korea, India, Indonesia and even Egypt. Early on in my career.
