Amy Javens is the founder and head coach of FLYT Performance and no newbie to coaching and athletic achievement. A former professional triathlete, she is an Ironman Cabo overall female champion and the pro champion of Beach2Battleship Iron Distance race. With personal bests of 9:25 and 4:26 in the Ironman and 70.3 distances, Amy has lived training, competing and the science that goes into endurance excellence. With over 35 years of experience in the coaching industry, Amy has trained thousands of athletes to reach their podiums, served as training director for one of the nation’s largest charity teams, and held multiple leadership, ownership, and sales roles in the endurance business.
