Blue Flame Projects: Going Mental 

Going Mental is a channel designed to inform you about mental health and resilience. It gives knowledge and insight into how we think, how we develop patterns of thought and how we then develop "undercurrents" of thinking that can either help us, or cause us harm. The channel covers proactive and reactive initiatives to deal with trauma, resilience, PTSD and leadership. It cover neuroscience, neuroplasticity, psychology and biology. Ultimate it explains how they are all interrelated and how we can use that to our own benefit.
