Yan Doherty D.O. Osteopath-Hypnotherapist

Welcome to the Yan Doherty Clinic channel. With over 20 years of clinical experience as a paramedic, osteopath D.O., and hypnotherapist, my mission is to empower you to regain full autonomy and activate your self-healing capacity.

Here, we explore the alliance of matter and spirit through two distinct approaches for your body-mind balance:

Structure and Vitality: Learn to release discomfort (back, neck, joints) through ELDOA stretches (longitudinal osteo-articular decoaptation) and the gentle movements of MiQiDao (The Path of the Intimate Breath).

Expansion of Consciousness: Discover Humanist Hypnosis to address the root causes of your stress and blockages in an augmented state of consciousness.

"The more consciousness awakens, the simpler life becomes." Subscribe to walk this path of integral balance together.
