     Our approach to health and wellness aims to nurture the whole person.  The support concurrently nurtures the Physical, Social, Emotional, Intellectual and Spiritual needs instead of treating only the part that is most sick.
      Holistic wellness simultaneously addresses all components for a healthy lifestyle.  Holistic wellbeing draws from many disciplines, religions, and cultures.  The only way we will move towards spiritual health and wholeness is to first acknowledge that we are sick and in need of God’s healing grace.    
As Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick” (Matthew 9:12).
      Our lifestyle is shaped by regular Praise & Worship, Prayer, Study of the Scriptures and finally, our faith is not simply lived for oneself, but overflows with love for a hurting world.
