Clark St Homes

If your house has become more than you can handle right now, you're in the right place.

I'm Ed Mathews. I've been investing in Connecticut real estate since 2011, and I live and work in Haddam. Clark St Homes helps Connecticut homeowners through the hard ones: an inherited house, a foreclosure notice, a rental you're done with, a house that needs more work than you can take on.

These videos walk you through how it works here in Connecticut. What happens after you call. Why a cash offer comes in below Zillow. How long closing really takes. And the options that don't end with selling to me.

If we're a good fit, I buy the house for cash. No repairs, no cleaning, no showings, and we usually close in 2 to 4 weeks. If not, I'll tell you and point you toward the right help.

I work with homeowners in Hartford County, Middlesex County, Madison and Guilford.

The conversation costs you nothing, and you leave knowing where you stand.
